PILATES INSTRUCTOR (PILATES PLUS)
We are seeking certified Pilates Reformer instructors to join our amazing Pilates Plus family.
Instructor Job Description:
Provide Pilates Reformer group classes according to Pilates Plus standards.
Provide private, duets, semi-private and trial sessions as needed.
Maintain an immaculate exercise environment.
Assist with membership sales by conducting superior quality classes and one-on-one sessions.
Ensure safety and proper form through attentiveness, cueing and professional communication.
Promote club events, retail sales, Teacher training and One-on-One services.
Requirements:
Current Pilates apparatus certification, with all required hours completed or near completion and test-out.
Proven ability to deliver effective instruction in a group setting.
Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic.
Ability to commit and be consistently punctual.
Desire to learn business operations to contribute to revenue growth.
Demonstrate a desire to grow your personal book in alignment with the business objectives of the Pilates Plus brand.
Positive energy, outgoing attitude, growth mindset and team player approach to business.
General awesomeness, friendliness and enthusiastic approach to life!
