What this class is about

This class pairs perfectly with the Intro Class and is the next step in your journey. We recommend taking multiple Foundations classes before moving into All Levels or Level 1 classes.

Intro Class

New Clients Only

What this class is about

Our Intro Class is a one-time, complimentary session designed specifically for new clients to experience Pilates in a simple and welcoming environment. This class introduces you to the reformer, basic movements, and key principles like alignment, breathing, and core engagement.

You'll be guided through foundational exercises at a comfortable pace, allowing you to understand how the reformer works and how your body should move. This class is structured to give you a clear, confident introduction to Pilates.

What you'll build

A basic understanding of Pilates fundamentals. Confidence using the reformer. Improved body awareness. A strong starting point before progressing into regular classes.

Who this is for

New clients only. First-time Pilates participants. Anyone looking for a guided introduction before committing to a class or membership.

How to progress

After completing your Intro Class, we recommend moving into Foundations classes to continue building your base before progressing into All Levels or Level 1 classes.

This Intro Class is a one-time use, new clients only offer and is strictly reserved for first-time participants. It cannot be booked or used by existing clients or applied to any other class. This offer cannot be combined with any other intro offer, excluding the Intro Membership for $169.
