A strong core is the foundation of every movement you make — on the reformer and in everyday life. Pilates targets the deep stabilizing muscles of the core that most workouts miss entirely.
Pilates trains your body to move with better alignment, helping you stand taller, sit straighter, and carry yourself with more ease and confidence throughout the day.
Unlike static stretching, Pilates builds flexibility through movement — lengthening muscles while simultaneously strengthening them for a balanced, functional result.
Most workouts strengthen dominant muscle groups while neglecting others. Pilates corrects these imbalances by targeting the whole body evenly and purposefully.
Pilates Reformer training provides a highly effective workout without the impact and stress on joints that comes with running, jumping, or heavy lifting.
Pilates requires focused, intentional movement — developing a deeper connection between your mind and body that carries into how you move and feel every day.
Athletes across every sport use Pilates to move more efficiently, recover faster, and reduce the risk of injury. The principles of Pilates complement any training program.
Pilates Reformer is a full-body, low-impact workout performed on a specialized machine called a reformer.
The reformer uses springs, straps, and a sliding carriage to create resistance and support controlled movement. It targets every major muscle group while focusing on core strength, alignment, and flexibility.
Pilates Reformer is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Whether you are completely new to exercise, returning after an injury, or an experienced athlete looking to improve performance, there is a class level designed for you. Our instructors will help guide you to the right starting point.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely.
Avoid loose or baggy clothing that could get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio if you do not have a pair.
For best results, we recommend taking Pilates Reformer classes two to three times per week.
Consistency is key to building strength, improving flexibility, and developing better body awareness. Even one class per week will produce noticeable benefits over time.
No prior experience is needed.
Our Foundations Class and Free Intro Class are specifically designed for beginners. You will receive guidance from a certified instructor who will walk you through each movement, help you understand the equipment, and make sure you feel comfortable before progressing to more advanced classes.
