Pilates Plus Red Bank Studio Policies

Welcome to Pilates Plus Red Bank. We are committed to providing a supportive, consistent, respectful, and professional environment for all members and guests. Please review our studio policies carefully before purchasing classes, memberships, class packs, intro offers, or private sessions.

Class & Session Policies

Reservations Required:
All classes and private sessions must be reserved in advance.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. Entry may not be permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins.

No-Shows:
Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in forfeiture of the class credit. Unlimited members may be charged a $20 no-show fee.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the class start time. A $20 late cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled class. For class pack holders, the class credit will be returned after the late cancellation fee is charged.

Membership Policies

Commitment Terms:
Memberships are subject to the specific commitment period agreed upon at the time of purchase, such as a 12-month, 3-month, or monthly commitment.

Auto-Renewal:
All memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled according to the applicable commitment terms.

Cancellations:
Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice submitted by email to info@PilatesPlusRedBank.com. Early termination fees may apply if cancellation occurs before the end of the agreed commitment term.

Freeze Policy:

Medical Freeze:
Medical freezes are allowed with a doctor’s note. Duration will be based on medical necessity. No freeze fee applies for approved medical freezes.

Personal Freeze:
Personal freezes are available only for memberships with a 3-month or longer commitment. Up to 2 months per calendar year may be frozen at no charge. Any additional freeze time beyond 2 months may be approved at the discretion of Pilates Plus and will incur a $15 monthly freeze fee.

Submission Requirement:
All freeze requests, whether medical or personal, must be submitted in writing by email to info@PilatesPlusRedBank.com.

No Retroactive Freezes:
Freezes begin on the date the request is submitted and approved. Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.

Billing Dates:
Billing dates may adjust following approved freezes or pauses.

Class Pack & Intro Offer Policies

3-Class Intro Offer:
The 3-Class Intro Offer is for new clients only, one-time only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other intro offer.

Free Intro Class:
The Free Intro Class is for new clients only, valid for one class only, one-time only, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other intro offer.

1-Month All Access Intro Membership:
The 1-Month All Access Intro Membership is for new clients only and is a one-time purchase. It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, does not auto-renew, is non-transferable, and cannot be extended.

Class Packs:
Class packs, including 5-class, 10-class, 20-class, and other available packs, expire according to the specific pack purchased.

Examples include:

5-Class Pack: Expires in 2 months.
10-Class Pack: Expires in 3 months.

Class packs are non-commitment, one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

No-shows result in forfeiture of the class credit. Late cancellations are subject to a $20 fee, and the class credit will be returned after the fee is charged.

Class packs may only be frozen for medical reasons with a doctor’s note. Medical freeze requests must be submitted by email to info@PilatesPlusRedBank.com.

Private & Duet Session Policies

Expiration:
Private and duet sessions expire based on the specific package purchased, such as a 3-pack, 4-pack, or 10-pack.

No Refunds:
All private and duet session purchases are final.

Non-Transferable:
Private and duet sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared.

Cancellation & No-Shows:
Private and duet sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited and not credited back to the account.

General Policies

Rescission:
You may rescind any agreement within 3 business days of signing by submitting written notice to info@PilatesPlusRedBank.com.

Non-Transferable:
All memberships, class packs, intro offers, private sessions, and duet sessions are for individual use only and may not be transferred or shared.

No Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered under medical circumstances with a doctor’s note.

Communication:
By joining Pilates Plus, you consent to receive studio updates, appointment reminders, account notices, and promotional communications via SMS and/or email. You may opt in or out within the Pilates Plus app at any time.

Behavior & Conduct:
Pilates Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships, packages, or access to the studio due to disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.

Studio Closures:
The studio may occasionally close for holidays, inclement weather, emergencies, maintenance, or other operational needs. Class credits and memberships are not extended unless closures exceed 7 consecutive days.

Instructor Substitutions:
Pilates Plus reserves the right to substitute instructors as needed without notice.

Age Requirement:
Clients must be at least 16 years old to attend classes. Minors ages 16 to 17 require a parent or guardian waiver.

Health & Safety Disclaimer:
Clients should consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Participation is at your own risk. Pilates Plus is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation, except where prohibited by law.

Payment & Account Responsibility:
All payments are due at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for keeping billing information current. Declined payments may result in suspension of access until the account is updated and payment is resolved.

Attire & Studio Etiquette:
Grip socks are recommended for all Reformer classes. Please silence cell phones and respect others by keeping conversations quiet in the studio space.

Camera, Photo & Video Policy

Recording Restrictions:
Clients may not record, film, livestream, or photograph full classes or sessions at any time.

Personal Photos & Videos:
Quick personal photos or short clips may be taken before or after class with instructor approval, provided they do not disrupt the class, interfere with instruction, or include other clients without their consent.

Unauthorized Recording:
Unauthorized recording, photographing, livestreaming, or filming of classes, sessions, instructors, or clients may result in suspension or termination of membership or studio access.

Studio Use:
Pilates Plus may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. By attending classes or sessions, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes unless you provide written notice to opt out.
